Manali Vacation and Client First Holidays::
We have decided to go on a vacation in the month of April, but we were not able to finalize place.
Discussion was going on for two days and finally we have decided to go at Manali - Devbhoomi - Himachal Pradesh.
Second discussion point was how to go? MakeMy Trip Or Goibibo??
Before few months back, one of my good friend had given Information about Client First Holidays I have called Niyati Bhat Jathal and within 12hrs time We have planned our Vacation.
We like guidance and information given by Niyati and with that we were able to finalized our Vacation at Manali for 5 Nights. She carries professional approach along with proper care/need of her client.
She has taken care from pin to piano. She has explained points needs to take care, weather or traffic related Instructions etc.
Driver, Hotel Arrangement Breakfast Dinner, Room Location all major and minor points taken care by CFHMy wife and Son have enjoy this trip fullest.

- I am thankful to you for arranging my tour to the Ahmedabad-Dwarka-Somnath.
- Documentation: Nicely arranged & keep well informed from time to time. No problem is faced.
- Transport: Transport is arranged as per commitments & driver of the company is nice & well behaved. But he was not briefed about the tour programme & he had a very little knowledge of the sites.
- 1. At Ahmedabad Hotel Silver Height is upto the mark & take care of the guests. Breakfast & Dinner provided are very nice. The hotel authorities need appriciation.
- 2. At Jamnagar Hotel Aram is also upto the mark & taken proper care of the customers. Need apprications.
- 3. At Dwarka Hotel Damji, it is an average hotel & do not bother much for the guests. The complimentary breakfast provided is of very poor quality & have fixed a menu. The copy of the menu is given on your whatsapp. You can consider some better accomadation. if available.
- 4. At Somnath Hotel Surbhi is newly constructed hotel & do not have any wardrobe in the room. The complimentary breakfast is of very poor quality & provided in the outer restaurant. The guests are not allowed to have same in the AC restaurant(within the hotel). You can consider some better option if possible.
- Overall: I am satisfied with your personal touch in every step. I wish you may grow fast.

Today we'll be visiting Solang Valley. Cud not do paragliding when we did rafting as the weather was bad, planning to go that tommorow on our way back from manali to chandigarh.Hi Niyati, I would like to start by thanking you for giving us the perfect holiday we were looking for. You gave us a 7 day pkg to Shimla, Kullu-Manali & Chandigarh & all the arrangements like the hotel stay (4 star), food n sightseeing in all the places were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed every single day.
Shimla: Summit le royale Though this hotel was a bit on a high slope, the suite room was beautiful, food was good n the staff were polite n courteous. The plus point was it was very close to mall road and we cud walk down at our convenience. The adventure activities in Kufri were very enjoyable.Kullu-Manali: Holiday resorts & cottages This resort was like a dream , with a view of the beas river & beautiful snow mountains from our super deluxe room , we were wishing we cud stay here forever. Again, the food was very good n staff were friendly n helpful. Highlights of our stay in Kullu-Manali were the amazing river rafting experience, thrilling paragliding n our visit to GULABA, the beautiful snowpoint, where we had loads of fun playing in the snow, skiing n other activities.
Chandigarh : Hotel Emerald Nice decent hotel, room was good. Food was average. Loved the Rock garden n shopping at Sector 17 market.
Most importantly, our driver SUNIL was very nice, calm, patient, punctual n cooperative n we had absolutely no issues with his driving or behaviour. Appreciate his experienced driving skills too.Overall we had a lovely holiday (especially my daughter enjoyed a lot). I am highly recommending you to my friends n relatives for their holiday requirements.

It was awesome staying in hotel Pink mountain and Sikkim retreat, food and all the other services in hotels was very good and satisfying.
Traveling & site seeing in Darjeeling city and Gangtok city was superb.
Initially traveling from Bagdogra airport to Darjeeling was horrible and very tiring, the vehicles was not good, old outdated, loose doors Tata sumos and same vehicle from Darjeeling to Gangtok.Traveling made us very tired drivers was driving cars like fighter planes.
Overall I give 7 out of 10.

It was a wonderful trip of Puri and Rameshwarm for my old age parents. The arrangements done by Niyati was excellent starting from route plan to taxi, very good property to say along with sight seeing locations. The hotel staff was very humble and drivers too. - My feedback for our Rajasthan Tour is given below:
- 1) Over-all experience was Excellent.
- 2) Tour planning was meticulous and near perfection.
- 3) All the Hotels were optimum w.r.t. infrastructure and very good w.r.t. services provided. Best was Anurag Villa at Jaipur. Second best was Hotel Chirag at Bikaner. Also our room was upgraded by them at Bikaner.Remaing hotels were very good. Tent at Jesalmer was good but quality of breakfast and dinner was not ok. The Camel ride which was included in package, but unless we additional pay for Jeep ride, we can not rich camel ride destination.That costed Rs 3000 to us,we found it a bit unexpected. Of course we enjoyed both.
- 4) Vehicle and driver provided were excellent. No interruption due to any break-down or fuelling for vehicle. Driver was well aware about locations for good restaurants and destinations. He had warmth in his behaviour with no bed habits. Over-all it was well planned and excellent tour for us.

Fun trip yaar. Thanks for everything!We had an amazing Kerala trip fully aarange by Client First. We covered Munnar and Alleppy in 4 days. Both the resorts were beautiful but the one in Alleppy was out of this world and their service was phenomenal. Food was also great. The itinerary was perfect for us since we were traveling with kids and were more interested in natural beauty and kid friendly activities. During the drive from Munnar to Alleppy our car met with an accident so our Alleppy boat cruise was getting delayed. Niyati offered a refund option but we really wanted to experience the boat ride so she re-routed the boat straight to our resort and we were able to enjoy the ride. Excellent service by Client First, great resorts and itinerary.

At the outset, on behalf of my family, I would like to thank you for organizing a wonderful holiday for us in Rajasthan.
The entire experience of preparing a customized itinerary, to my wife’s liking, selection of tourist attractions to visit, the scheduling of the trip - and the discussions towards the planning were extremely warm and comforting .
The selection of hotels - especially the palace experiences was truly exemplary. My daughter had a first hand experience of the life in “ Royal India” - a truly memorable experience.
You and the hotels took great care in remembering minute details - like my daughters birthday on the 17th - and the warm welcome with a surprise cake/dinner at both the hotels in Udaipur and Jodhpur made the entire experience all the more grand.
Your driver/guide “ Yudhvir” was a real gem. He supported last minute customizations - change in destinations without any reservations and entertained us with his experiences with tourists and visitors to the forts and palaces throughout the 7 day journey.
Samsara camp, deserves a special mention - they took care of us like a family/parents do. The rooms/the dinner/the entertainment options and above all the hospitality and the warmth was unbelievable. We are keen to visit Samsara again next year.
All the hotels - gave us an upgrade, customized our breakfast and allowed late checkouts/early check ins, despite a full tourist season - all thanks to you and your continuous monitoring of the experience , before we reached them .....
Thanks a lot, from the bottom of my heart. As we begin our routines, we are all ready planning our next tour to Gir forest or Kargil - in May June - 2020.

Also thank you so much for opening doors to your house and inviting us for a breakfast before we started our travels. I am glad that the way our travel plans worked out that we happen to be in your city and get to see you face to face. These days everything gets done via phone and email and you hardly get to interact with the person helping you face to face and we were fortunate enough to get to meet you. Your hospitality was above and beyond not only when we visited your place but also during all the planning of our itineraries.

- Bhuj (Mangalam Hotel – 3 nights)
- This hotel was perfect for our stay. As requested they were able to accommodate 3 people in one room and 1 person in a separate room. The rooms were really roomy and we didn’t find any issues for 3 adults staying in one room. The Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend you tell your clients to get the breakfast option included in the price and thank you for including it in our package. Every day they have a different option of all you can eat breakfast and we all loved it. My foreign friends loved this option as they get to try different Indian food and for me as an Indian I was able to pick and choose what I wanted as per my taste and it worked out beautifully. I still remember the staff member Rahul. His and his staff members service was above and beyond. We liked the hotel food so much that we didn’t even want to try anything outside. During the day we would be tourists and we would always want to get back to the hotel in time for dinner.
- I have to add that our Taxi driver Mr. Mahipal Singh ji was amazing. He was very professional and his driving was great. He was with us for 4 days and we really liked him and would highly recommend.
- Jaisalmer (Hotel Royal Haveli and Payal Camp - 3 nights)
- Stay at the Hotel Royal Haveli was great. The staff was welcoming and nice. Again thank you for adding the breakfast option. I would highly recommend to your clients for the desert camping. We did it for one night and it was a great experience. Our drive was great and professional.
- Jaipur (Anuraag Villa – 2 nights)
- The hotel you choose was nice and great location. Again thank you for adding the breakfast option. Our driver was great and professional. We were able to see most of the key tourist place in 1 ½ day so 2 nights were great for our experience.
- Vrindavan (Hotel Krishnam – 2 nights)
- The hotel you choose was nice and great location. Again thank you for adding the breakfast option. Our driver was great and professional. I haven’t played Indian style Holi for 21 years as I like in USA. So I wanted to play it this time where it originated. Thank you for organizing the driver and the hotel so I didn’t have to worry about any of these so I could enjoy playing Holi and the experience was mind blowing. I haven’t seen Holi played like this and my friends and I had an amazing time.

Only loss is swimming pool of De Alturus is under maintenance, we cant use it dur-ing our stay but hotel staff has arranged alternative option to near by others hotel.

Lets start with the first half .What a wonderful stay we had out there in gangtok pelling and Darjeeling , Start with the transportation it was all good with point to point itinerary and then domes the hotels we really had a wonderful experience with a mesmerising view outside the window and the location was superb. Food was even more tempting with all local flavours.Second half was even more exciting with the beache and sunburn' Andaman it is Transportation was superb with cruise enroute to complete the best islands of andaman. Once again we were so happy with the hotels and food. All i can say that we were back with lots of memories without facing any problems. Thanks for making it possible for us. We Appreciate for your efforts.

Brief description of the trip planned - My wife and I planned to visit the following places of Uttarakhand in the last two weeks of Sept 2019 - Haridwar,Rishikesh,Josimath,Badarinath,Bageswar,Alm ora,Mukteswar,Nainital and Jim Corbett. In most of these places temples are there. We explored for a suitable agency in the second week of Aug 2019 who will do this for as inclusive of MPAI at a budget which we can afford. Three agencies came forward .0ne we found that it is costly. So we decided not to pursue this agency. The other two agencies were close to our expectations .We chose to go with Client First Holidays operated by Niayti Bhat Jathaland her team. Listed below are our comments with regards to some attributes of this travel agency.Ease of booking - We gave her the list of temples and some other attractions which we wanted to see in each place .Based on our itinerary Client First Holidays quoted the cost . It took around 10 days more for giving a final shape to the itinerary with mutual agreement and then a final price was quoted by the agency with MAPI .The price seemed to be ok for us and we agreed to do the trip. The list of hotels was given by the agency. The Client First Holidays was quick in responding to all our queries.Customer service experience- Good service was provided by Client First Holidays while we did the trip.They were in touché with us regularly.On ground support — Excellent .During our stay at Karnaprayag in Hotel Krishna palace we encountered an issue .The hotel management asked us to pay for the dinner and breakfast which we had there saying that our booking in the hotel was only for room And not having MAPI. When we called up Client First Holidays to tell about this it was resolved quickly.Hotels- All hotels except the one booked at Karnaprayag were good .The Krishna palace hotel where we stayed at Karnaprayag was not good. No hot water in the bathroom. The bathroom hot water geyser switch control was with the hotel management .They always used to keep it switched off. The room was very small and without any windows. The restaurant was dirty and the service quality was simply very bad .The staff was also not good. No Wifi facility .We had forewarned our agent against booking in this hotel as we had seen bad reviews given about this hotel .Unfortunately it was not adhered to .Wish that Client First Holidays stops booking for its customers in this hotel. Jim Corbett safari trip- The agency had pre booked for an exclusive leep safari as requested for the morningJim Corbett safari trip- The agency had pre booked for an exclusive jeep safari as requested for the morning safari trip of 2. Oct 2019 with the condition that the safari driver will pick us up from the hotel .We reached Jim Corbett on the 1 st Oct afternoon. The safari jeep driver details were not given to us in advance .After repeated calls to Client First Holidays the details of jeep driver was whattsapped to us . The safari jeep driver never bothered to call us even once till the commencement of the safari trip. When we tried to reach the safari driver on 1. Oct we could not contact him. This created some anxiety to us. Ultimately the Safari driver came to hotel to pick us up .Here there is lot of scope for improvement on the part of Client First Holidays. The safari driver engaged must be asked to contact the customer atleast one day in advance to avoid the situation which we faced.Car -We requested for a Toyota Etios sedan and it was provided.Driver -Excellent driver was given .His name was Mr Kesar . He knew all the routes well and was was jovial , friendly and honest . He covered all the places as per itinerary. He kept the can neat and clean always .Fulfillment of the itinerary — 95% fulfilled .The balance could not be covered due to loss of time in traffic jams. Follow up during the trip- GoodOverall satisfaction —Good .Would like to recommend this agency to others. - My quick feedback: - Travel itinerary was planned meticulously for a small family with kid. Though we did not cover all the spots but the journey was planned to cover must visit spots. - Selection of Resorts was amazing. We enjoyed the stay at each of the properties. Food and hospitality at each of these properties was awesome - Driver was friendly and end to end cab solution seemed to work well. Good that i did not pick up a self driven car.
- Suggestions : We could have further customised the trip and spots considering a situation and taste of family. - Cab services agency can try to improvise service quality by making driver as a semi-guide for the area atleast. We could not get much suggestions from him. We had our network so we could manage to visit some interesting places. But if driver can become local guide of the area than it can work really well. - Weather forecast, seasonality etc can be added to trip plan so that customers can be prepared accordingly. We were expecting pleasant climate but it was scorching hot and dry. - Shopping guide can be added to itinerary Thank you once again for this trip.

We were lucky enough to get good weather. Will highly recommend chitwan tiger safari resort . Living in jungle was a new experience for us. All activities were just too good. Weather also supported our comfortable stay. Driver with us was quite friendly and actually adjusted our little delays. No fuss at all. Highlight of whole trip I will say was chitwan. Kids were actually thrilled with elephant safari and elephant bath, daring activity but completely worth it. Even boat safari was too good. We were able to see 5 rhinos. Experience was too good . About three months back when our group of senior citizens decided to visit Himachal Pradesh, we were confused about the logistics-train reservation,hotel bookings and taxi booking etc. All being 60+, we were more concerned about any possible uncertainties after we started for the tour. Thank you for the wonderful Bhutan trip you organized for us. This time of the year is an extremely busy one for me but this is also the only time in the year when it is most suitable for my son to take time out for vacation and also most of India experiences mild weather. So I had relied totally on you to plan the trip so much so that I did not know what our itinerary would be, which hotels we will be staying and so forth. The result could not have been better had I planned the trip myself! We came across at least 4 other groups who traced the same routes and same itinerary as ours. We continuously bumped into each other.You had guided us very well about our entry and exit into and from Bhutan. The formalities went on without any hassle. Your constant guidelines on weather, what to look forward and even keeping a SIM ready upon landing had all the qualities of the friend organizing the trip. In a way we found you with us in our lovely journey across Bhutan.The hotels were good, clean and comfortable. Mandala in Paro was an exception which I would advise you look out for in the future with it's understaffed slow service and bad internet. The guide and driver were very courteous, friendly and disciplined. I would want to name Sonam, our guide and Rinseng, our driver who every one of your guest should try and get. They are a good team.
