Day 1: AHMEDABAD – JAMNAGAR (467KM/8HRS 25MIN)
Today, On arrival at Ahmedabad Airport/Rly station, Later transfer to Jamnagar. On arrival check in to the hotel. In the afternoon visit Lakhota Lake & Lakhota Museum and Bala Hanuman Temple. Evening is free for Shopping. Overnight Stay at the hotel.
Day 2: JAMNAGAR – DWARKA (240KM/5HRS)
Today, proceed to the sacred town of Dwarka. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and have rest for some time. Then proceed to see the beautiful Shivrajpur beach and enjoy the water sports and other adventure activities. In the evening, visit Dwarkadheesh Temple and take a holy dip in the river Gomti and attend the evening Aarti at Dwarkadheesh Temple- one of the most significant and visited temples of Lord Krishna. Return hotel for rest and overnight stay.
Day 3: Dwarka Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed to visit Gopi Talav and Nagashwar Jyotirling. Later reach at Okha for the Beyt Dwarka. Beyt Dwarka is an island accessible over a short boat ride where a prominent Lord Krishna Temple is located and while returning back, visit Rukmini Temple. Visit other temples in the evening on the coastal area. Upon return visit Nageshwar Mahadev Temple enroute. Nageshwar temple is believed to be one of the 12 Jyotirlinga Temples. Visit Gomati Ghat Temples after returning to Dwarka. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 4: Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath (230km / 05 hrs):
Breakfast and Check-out – Then, Proceed to Porbandar – Visit – Sudama Temple and Kirti Temple (Birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi ji) – Then, Start for Somnath – On arrival Check-in to hotel. Later visit the Somnath Temple & Bhalka Tirth. Witness aarti, Light and sound show at Somnath Temple – Night stay at the Somnath.
Day 5: SOMNATH – DIU (90KM/ 2HRS)
The morning is at leisure to enjoy the wide variety of water sports facilities available at Nagoa Beach. Later, visit St. Paul’s Church, Naida caves, Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, Diu Museum and Diu Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6: DIU – SASANGIR (100KM / 2HRS)
Today, proceed to Sasangir. Sasangir, is the home of the Asiatic Lion. In the afternoon Visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya. Crocodile breeding farm, Gir Information centre. Watch movie on lion at Gir Information centre in the evening visit National Jungle Safari. Overnight stay at the hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: – Gir Jungle Safari Permits are only available online on https://girlion.gujarat.gov.in/ and it needs to be booked directly by the guest in advance. No Permits will be issued on the current date / the actual date of safari. Devalia Safari Park Permits are normally available on Current date / the actual date of safari.
*The protected area of Gir National Park is closed from 16th June to 15th October every year and Safari’s will not be possible during this period
Day 7: SASAN GIR – VIRPUR – GONDAL – AHMEDABAD(373KM/7HRS 30 MIN)
Today, proceed to Ahmedabad. Enroute visit Jalaram Temple at Virpur and Swaminarayan temple, Navlakha Palace and Vintage Car museum at Gondal. In the late evening arrive at Ahmedabad. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 8: AHMEDABAD LOCAL
Today, morning proceed to Visit Sabarmati Ashram, Sabarmati Riverfront, Adalaj Stepwell, Trimandir, Sarkhej Roza and Kankaria lake front. Overnight at Ahmedabad.
Day 9- AHMEDABAT TO STATUE OF UNITY (200 km/ 4 hours)
After early morning breakfast, leave for SOU. On arrival check in to the tent city/hotel. After some rest, proceed to visit the SOU complex.
