Itinerary

Day 1 : Report and meet with the person in charge at Delhi pick up point for Volvo to Manali. Overnight in Bus.
Day 2 : Arrival at Manali in the morning and pick by car from bus stand. Rest for the day and evening at leisure. Dinner and over night stay.
Day 3 : After breakfast enjoy sightseeing tour Solang Valley. Back to hotel have dinner and over night stay.
Day 4 : After enjoy your breakfast, proceed for Kullu – Manikaran or Kullu – Naggar sightseeing. Back to hotel have dinner and over night stay.
Day 5 : After breakfast, check out and proceed for local sightseeing of Manali (3 Hrs). Visit Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Club House, Vashisht Temple & Van Vihar. In the evening you will be dropped at the volvo stand. Overnight in Bus.

  • Delhi – Manali – Delhi by AC – Semi sleeper Volvo coach.
  • One day Kullu-Manikaran or Kullu Naggar Sightseeing.
  • Half day Manali local Sightseeing.
  • Three nights & Four days stay in Luxury room.

Exclusions

  • The package cost does not include air/rail fares (ex Delhi/ Chandigarh) , airport tax, entry fees to monuments, guide fees, personal expenses like telephone calls, laundry, soft/hard drinks, meals, tips and camera fees.
  • Room AC and HEATER charges extra (to be paid directly at the hotel) It ranges from INR 150- 300 PER NIGHT PER ROOM as per the hotel policy.
  • 24th and 31st of December Gala dinner is Mandatory and will be extra on above rates.
  • Car AC will not be operational in Hills.
  • Rohtang pass is excluded from the itinerary , it will be on direct payment basis or as per availability .

  • Off Season 06th July to 20th December & 05th Jan to 10th Apr
  • Season 11th April to 04th July & 21th December to 04th January
  1.  Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
  2. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  3. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  4. No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
  5. Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc. need to be borne by the guests while Client First will provide appropriate support on a best effort basis.
