• The rates quoted are on the basis of the hotels that are situated in the proper city/town only.

• Vehicle service is provided as per the tour Itinerary on point to point basis and not on disposal basis.

• If there will be change in total number of pax travelling together, then rate will also change accordingly.

• Ac’s will be switched off while travelling to uphill for the vehicle to function properly.

• Rates valid for Indian nationals only and valid for the mentioned dates/period of travel only

• Rooms at hotels quoted are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Documents to be carried for Tsomgo Lake/Lachen & Lachung 02 copies of passport size photographs, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit. PAN Card / Aadhar Card is not acceptable.

• Nathu La Pass is a separate excursion and is not included in the main cost and is provided at a supplementary cost only. Permits for Nathu La are limited and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Many times the tourism department also clubs multiple guests in same vehicles from for the excursion to Nathu La from the bypass (6 kms approx).

• Please be informed that the roads while travelling to North and West Sikkim are not in the best condition .While going to North Sikkim, Lachen only 5 people including driver, with limited luggage is allowed and for Lachung only 6 people including driver with limited luggage is allowed in a luxury vehicle . This is due to steep, uphill and bumpy roads.

• The weather in the North East is very unpredictable. It is important to carry rain gear while travelling.

• Permits once issued for Tsangu Lake, North Sikkim , Nathula Pass are non-refundable. For any reasons like natural calamities, security reasons etc. if the guests are unable to visit these places, then the amount is non-refundable.

In this sector, irrespective of the vehicle type, it may not be possible for single vehicle to be provided for the entire tour due to multiple transport regulations at each destination.

Special Note : Only 300 vehicles per day will be allowed to go to Tiger Hill for sunrise. The coupons for the same will need to be obtained one day in advance from Sadar Police Station after submitting the vehicle documents and details of the passengers. During normal season period over 2000 vehicles visit Tiger Hill as such with this limitation in number it will not be possible to guarantee the visit to Tiger Hill in advance and the same will be subject to availability of coupons which we will get to know one day prior to the date of travel only.

Vehicles will not be allowed to stop in the area around the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Zoological Park. The vehicles will be allowed to park only at the PWD parking lot and the guests will have to walk for 100m to reach the gate of the Zoological Park and Mountaineering Institute.
